During my career I have spent the majority of my time bringing new products, services or entire business models to realisation with a specific focus on operationalising these new propositions within sales, supply chain and service operations organisations.
My passion is working with and leading multi-disciplinary (IT, BPM, Architecture, Business, Information Management etc.) teams that are tasked to think out of the box, break through existing organizational barriers and deliver as solution to either improve a customer experience, bring a new product/service to market or improve operational performance.
The value I can provide to your organization is improving time to market and sustainability of software, services or solutions business model transformations through rapidly identifying areas of impact, what the key strategic requirements are, how to measure success, bringing together the key sponsors and stakeholders in your organization and designing a transformation program fit for purpose.
