Bernd Hoppmann is Manager Corporate Quality and Process Management at Telefónica Deutschland. Telefónica Deutschland is one of the leading integrated telecommunications providers in Germany, with 45.1 million mobile telephone lines and 2.4 million broadband lines. We offer mobile and fixed network services for private and business customers as well as innovative digital solutions based on our infrastructure and the analysis of mobile data. Bernd is responsible for quality and process management for Telefónica's brands and divisions in Germany. Together with his team, he steers the definition of the process house. The consistent customer-oriented and function-oriented End2End alignment of the process world beyond the boundaries of the business units is at the forefront. Bernd sees business process management as a value-added service and enabler for quality and innovation.
As Regional Vice President Philipp Jung is responsible for all German Enterprise Customers and partner business.
