In our pursuit of higher maturity BPM, it is essential to plan and execute end-to-end processes that span multiple organizations. With a focus on BPMN as a common language and convention for process modeling across company boundaries, we are enabling a unified understanding and collaboration. We will discuss practical use cases of cross-company processes encompassing the entire value chain—from raw material suppliers to finished products. Our focus will also include the strategic and operational aspects of process management, highlighting our structured approach to organizing and optimizing processes through automation, interfaces, and continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean and Kaizen. Approaching shared strategic objectives of process improvement and understanding how they drive our efforts towards excellence underscores our commitment to continuous advancement in BPM.
