He drives the systematic approach to define Business Processes to be used uniformly throughout the Group while optimizing these towards customer orientation, quality, and productivity, as well as minimization risks to contribute to the overall result of Bosch.
Lucas has over 30 years of experience in process harmonization, organization development and re-organization, service definition, shared service, IT operation.
