Before a pirate will search for buried treasure, he must know the value of the treasure and how to find it. Similarly, for employees to pursue Process Excellence, they must understand its value and know how to achieve it. Medair empowers their employees to pursue Process Excellence by practicing seven habits of process improvement. This session will describe seven key habits that everyone in your organisation can practice every day to instil a culture and reap the benefit of continuous improvement in your organization.
