Marina Manojlovic is the Global Head of Operational and Process Excellence at Swiss Re, where she leads initiatives to enhance efficiency and operational alignment across the company’s divisions. With over six years at Swiss Re, Marina has overseen a range of transformation projects, particularly in Bratislava, where she has focused on operational excellence and process improvement. Her career spans over 15 years, including experience in project management at ČSOB Leasing and Slovak Telekom, where she managed high-impact projects in CRM, customer retention, and IT process optimization. Known for her strategic approach, Marina has led cross-functional teams, collaborated directly with executive leadership, and driven large-scale initiatives to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. She holds a Master’s in Mass Media Communication and a Bachelor’s in Political Science from the University of Sts. Cyril and Methodius, bringing a unique blend of analytical and communication skills to her leadership role at Swiss Re.
