Vesa leads the implementation of S-Pankki's Lean culture and practices and supports the company's management, supervisors and experts in this area. He has previously worked as a manager in the service business in Finland and Australia and as a management consultant in the Nordic countries. In his 15 years of Lean career, Vesa has worked as a Lean developer at Danske Bank and Aditro Oy. Both organisations have been awarded the Lean Association's annual award for the success of the transformations Vesa has led. Vesa trains and coaches in problem solving and Lean leadership outside S-Pankki as the lead trainer for the Lean Association's Lean Practioner Program.
