Royal Mail has introduced RPA already in 2016, having automated a lot of processes to support their white-collar workforce. Now Royal Mail is ready to take the next step. Approaching the matter strategically, in the past year they have analysed dozens of tools and built PoCs to determine what software will support the strategic transformation and make them ready for the future.

Mike has been involved in intelligent automation since 2016 when he was initially asked to advise Royal Mail’s RPA CoE on their approach to process simplification and more recently when he took over leadership of the team.
He has over 20 years of experience in operational excellence and business transformation, working across a range of roles in SAP implementations, organizational redesign and restructures and operational excellence programmes.
