As Business Process SAP Consultant, Alena engages in the best possible transformation of business processes to enable a smooth change to the new SAP S4Hana system for the Lead to Cash processes. In this role, she acts as a link between business process needs and the best possible implementation of those in the SAP S4Hana system enviroment.
Before taking over the role as Business Process SAP consultant, she was contributing to a various SAP projects within Zeiss Meditec Business Unit since 6 years. The knowledge of lead to cash process is based on several years of experience as process user in order fulfillment area.
