Nicolas joined the Bonitasoft family 6 years ago, and has been serving as the Head of Customer Success for the past 5 years. Passionate about customer loyalty, he and his team shape the user journey of the Bonita customers, providing them with excellent support and service, and enabling them to achieve their goals with the platform.

Before joining Bonitasoft, he built a solid background in customer service excellence, first in the investment banking and wealth management sectors in France and Switzerland for 10 years. He also had the privilege of creating and running a B2C company in the United States. His international experience and passion for customer satisfaction are now key assets that he brings to Bonitasoft clients to ensure the success of their projects.
