Through his certifications in Lean Six Sigma, ITIL, and SAP, as well as over 8 years of international experience in various fields such as business process management, quality management, and project management, he has acquired extensive knowledge. He is currently working as a Process Manager Global Service / Data Analytics at Giesecke+Devrient, where he has been leading and optimizing the areas of Business Requirements, Service Delivery, and Data Analytics since 2018.
