He is responsible for the global implementation and delivery of various automation programs and platforms, as well as digital document services, including the creation, management, extraction, and archiving of information. He leads programs such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Optical Character Recognition (OCR), and chatbots. He develops strategies and drives the adoption of new technologies. His career includes positions at GLS, Nokia, and Bosch. Simjees holds an MBA from Mannheim Business School and additional qualifications from renowned institutions such as Georgetown University and Tongji University.
