Konrad Schiessl has been a process manager at Siemens Factory Automation in the Manufacturing division for over 20 years and is responsible for the SCM process. Together with Dr. Beitinger and Dr. Weigert wrote the chapter Integrating Hoshin Kanri into Business Process Management: A Holistic Approach at Siemens Electronic Works Amberg for the 2nd edition of the book Business Process Management Cases Vol. 2.
