Andrew Parris earned his PhD at MIT researching Lean. He is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt with extensive aerospace, international and NGO/humanitarian experience. Recognized both within and outside Medair as a leader in applying Lean Six Sigma in the NGO context, he effectively works across cultures, engages leaders, and energises colleagues. Andrew lived for three years in East Africa, where he built up Lean Six Sigma capacity in World Vision and coached trainees who reduced over $1.5M annually in recurring costs. Even after his departure, his trainees continued to make improvements and cut another $500K.
Andrew is passionate about teaching learners, facilitating teams, and coaching for growth. He thrives on adventure, learning, and transformation.
